Summary: In this sub-activity, the aim is to create an inspiring forest garden. The vision is to build a knowledge hub and to showcase a successful practical example to visit. The long-term goal is changed behavior – to move from buying to growing and eating what grows locally. Many new varieties that both taste good and are healthy have emerged on the market. How they cope with growth zone 6 will be tested.

LAG board's justification

Leads to a testing operation and demonstration garden for cultivation in zone 6, can increase interest in fruit and berry cultivation as well as forestry in the long run. Extra plus for the collaboration between the company Tullus Lantliv and two of the area's associations to create this demonstration garden.
