Åre Riding Club will project-hire a person who focuses on developing the operations for people with disabilities and people with mental health issues in a professional and long-term manner. Thus, they hope to create a higher quality of life for residents and broaden the activity offerings in Åre and make Jämtland an even more attractive county to live and work in as well as visit.

LAG chooses to prioritize this project, which fits well within the intervention area Living local communities for all and is expected to lead to the overarching goal of Exemplary inclusion of everyone in society. The project simultaneously strengthens Åre Riding Club's important role as a meeting place, and additionally, if the project goes well, it has the potential to lead to new job opportunities.
