The project aims to facilitate for associations to run their operations professionally in a sustainable and simpler way. One should analyze needs and map out, develop, and test new methods, working practices, and forms of collaboration to support association life.

LAG board's motivation:
The LAG board chooses to prioritize this project, which aims at an efficiency improvement of association life, and increase collaboration between associations in the area, so they can work together to solve common challenges. It is also especially important to restart association life after the pandemic, which has faced significant interruptions in its operations due to restrictions and limitations. The project is expected to contribute to goals within intervention area 2 Vibrant local communities for all.
