The purpose of the project is to create a functioning local climate-smart transport system for residents and guests in Södra Årefjällen, with carpooling and demand-responsive public transport. Also some trial operations with refrigerated transport to stores, restaurants, and other food actors in the area. The project focuses on coordinating already existing transport to reduce the number of transport kilometers. The transports will primarily be carried out with existing vehicles.

The project is part of Södra Årefjällen's larger development project Vision 2030 – sustainable mountain experiences of world-class.
