Leader Growth Foundation 2023-2027
Purpose
The purpose of the project is to implement the approved strategy for Leader Grogrund non-profit association in a professional, qualitative, and cost-effective manner.
Goals
The goal of the project is that the LAG's board and staff should have:
• disseminated information about the activities to the public, to potential project applicants, and partners.
• assessed and decided on project priorities based on the local development strategy.
• provided guidance and support to project owners so that they can achieve a desired and optimal result.
• followed up and evaluated the approved projects in the leader area and their results.
Activities
The project consists of implementing activities to achieve the set goals in the decided development strategy by, among other things:
• conducting regular meetings and prioritization meetings.
• staffing the operations office with personnel and equipment.
• administering, marketing, and mobilizing.
