Leader Grogrund strives to ensure that all information, regardless of who owns it, is handled in a controlled, secure, and structured manner according to GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation or Data Protection Regulation.

How is personal data collected and how is it stored?

Personal data is collected through, for example, web forms, email, paper applications, and phone calls. 

We never share your personal data with third parties.

Newsletter

The data used to send out newsletters about Leader Grogrund's activities is only stored as long as you are a subscriber. When you unsubscribe, we delete your personal data.

Your rights

You have certain rights under data protection legislation. If you wish to exercise any of your rights, you contact Leader Grogrund's development office.

Access to your personal data – you have the right to receive confirmation of whether we are processing your personal data and an extract of which data is being processed.

Request correction – you have the right to have incorrect data corrected.

Request deletion – you have the right, under certain circumstances, to have your data deleted.

Relevant data that you provide when applying for support

We need to collect this data from you in our effort to qualify for support. The data will be submitted with our application for payment of support. The Swedish Board of Agriculture is the data controller and processes the data electronically and stores it in accordance with what applies to the authority's archive management.

The personal data is used for the purposes of support management, control, statistics, information, and for follow-up, evaluation, and analysis. The personal data is shared with the County Administrative Board, the Swedish Forest Agency, the Sámi Parliament, Local Action Groups, the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth, the monitoring committee for the strategic plan, evaluators of the strategic plan, program evaluators, the National Audit Office, the Government Offices, the EU Commission, and other authorities and EU institutions for corresponding purposes.
