Allhall

The project seeks support to carry out the land and groundwork required to construct a full-sized indoor hall. 

This project is a subproject in a larger initiative that will result in a full-sized sports hall where the remaining investments are financed by, among others, the Heritage Fund, Region JH, and Krokom Municipality (already granted funds). The total amount for the entire hall is 27 million SEK, including the subproject sought by Leader.

The purpose of the project is to create increased conditions for primarily children and young people to get active by establishing a sports hall for year-round use.

After the project period, an operating company will manage the operation of the facility and will be financed mainly through operating grants, sponsors, and rentals. A ten-year lease agreement will be established with the municipality. 

LAG board's justification

”The project is prioritized as it leads to increased place attractiveness through the development of local associations and the creation of a place where, especially in autumn, winter, and spring, football can be practiced, but also other activities for many different target groups. It contributes to solving the societal challenge of primarily young people being too inactive.”
